Hello one and all!
As some of you may know, my name is Jamie Pool and I am a jewelry and accessories designer. I am writing this e-mail to kick off the start of my new mailing list for updates on Jewelry by Jamie. I would like to start off by asking that you reply to this e-mail to let me know whether or not you would like to continue to receive e-mail updates from me on a semi-regular basis.
The next task at hand is to introduce myself and my jewelry. I am a twenty-something Fashion Design student. I will be attending the International Academy of Design and Technology in Chicago in the Spring of 2010 for Fashion Design and Fashion Merchandising. I have always loved creating wearable art and jewelry with almost anything I can get my hands on. The official start of my Jewelry by Jamie business was in January of 2009. It was then that I first started to create cute jewelry with polymer clay. I am mostly a fan of making miniature food and sweets like cupcakes, lollipops and layer cakes out of polymer clay, but I also love to make jewelry from found objects. Much of my inspiration comes from my fellow artists that belong to the online art community known as
deviantART. They are what sparked the passion in me to begin making quality handmade jewelry. I can also credit my mom for nurturing my love and talent for art and design from the very beginning, and for being a wonderful teacher to me growing up.
My philosophy is simple: sell handmade jewelry of the best quality at reasonable prices. I sell my own original jewelry designs as well as custom made creations. I am always willing to accommodate any request, working with my client closely to achieve the desired final product. I specialize in a number of different techniques, including but certainly not limited to: polymer clay charms and jewelry, found object and recycled jewelry, hemp macrame jewelry, recycled clothing designs, crocheted accessories and gifts, custom made original clothing designs, origami jewelry, beaded beads and jewelry, and many, many more!
To wrap up my first mailing, I would like to let all of you know that I deeply appreciate your interest, comments, and support. I am currently relying on my own business to keep me afloat, and every order is my chance to give back to you as a thank-you for supporting me and my business. I always welcome any questions or comments you may have so please do not hesitate to contact me with any inquiries.
Thank you all for your time and support. Don't forget to reply to this e-mail stating whether or not you would like to continue to receive e-mail updates from Jewelry by Jamie. If I do not get a response from you, I will assume that you DO want to continue to receive my e-mails.
I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday season, filled with joy and lots of sparkle (and if you're lacking in the sparkle department, then maybe it's time for a Jewelry by Jamie design)! And please refer to the links below to further explore and connect with Jewelry by Jamie.
